You can now get your Aadhaar Card without any hassle. Even if you do not have any valid documents, you can get your Aadhaar Card made easily.
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has come up with a new regulation wherein individuals who do not have any ID or Address Proof can also apply for an Aadhaar Card. UIDAI has introduced a standard certificate called Certificate for Aadhaar Enrolment/Update. An individual can fill this certificate if he/she does not have any valid ID and address proof. Once filled, this certificate is valid only for three months.
As per the new regulation, an individual who does not have any valid documents can apply for the Aadhaar Card through an introducer. The introducer has to fill the last section of the Certificate of Aadhaar Enrolment/Update.

To apply for Aadhaar Card with documents, you need to do the following:
- Visit your nearest Aadhaar Centre
- Fill the Certificate for Aadhaar Enrolment/Update
- Get the Introducer section filled by an introducer
- Submit the form to the Aadhaar executive
- Provide your biometric scan – fingerprints, iris and photograph
- Get the Acknowledgement slip
Once you are done with the above steps, you can get your Aadhaar Card within 90 days of enrolment.
Who can be the Introducer?
Any individual identified and notified by the registrar or regional office of UIDAI can become an introducer.
